This website is operated by Sohba Egypt. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We confirm every order by phone or message before it ships. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece has sold out, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and include any applicable taxes. A flat 100 EGP delivery fee is added at checkout. Payment is cash on delivery only; we do not take card payments online. Prices can change at any time, but the price you saw when you placed your order is the price you pay.

Products

We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from one screen to another. Sizes follow the guide shown on each product page. Stock is limited and a piece can sell out between you adding it to the cart and us confirming the order — if that happens we will tell you and cancel that line.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your information

We handle the details you give us in line with our privacy policy. You are responsible for giving us an accurate name, phone number and address — orders that fail because of wrong details are cancelled.
