Shipping policy

Delivery

Sohba ships across Egypt. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.

Delivery fee

A flat 100 EGP is added to every order at checkout, anywhere in Egypt. There is no free shipping threshold, and no hidden charges added at the door.

How long it takes

• Cairo and Giza: 2 to 4 working days.
• Other governorates: 3 to 6 working days.

Orders placed on Friday or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.

Before your parcel arrives

Our team calls or messages you to confirm the order and the address before it ships, so make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is one you answer. If we cannot reach you after three attempts, the order is cancelled.

At the door

Check the piece before you pay. If it is not what you expected, hand it back to the courier and you owe nothing.

Outside Egypt

We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside Egypt and want to order, message us on Instagram and we will let you know when that changes.
