Refund policy
Returns & exchanges
You pay for your order when it reaches your door, so you get to see the piece before any money changes hands. If the courier is with you, open the parcel and check the item. If it is not what you expected, hand it straight back and you pay nothing.
After delivery
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.
- The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
- Keep the invoice that came with the parcel.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Email info@sohbaegypt.com or message us on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the piece. We will confirm and arrange collection with our courier.
Refunds
Because every order is paid in cash on delivery, approved refunds are returned in cash through the courier who collects the item, or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds cover the price of the item. The 100 EGP delivery fee is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece.
If something arrived wrong or damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, including delivery, at no cost to you.
