Delivery

Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, after you have seen the piece.

• Flat 100 EGP to any governorate in Egypt.
• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days.
• Everywhere else: 3–6 working days.

We confirm every order by phone or message before it ships, so use a number you answer.

Returns & exchanges

Open the parcel while the courier is still with you. If the piece is not what you expected, hand it straight back and you pay nothing.

After delivery you have 14 days to exchange or return, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Email info@sohbaegypt.com with your order number and we will arrange collection.
